        Total scam for online ordering. Once ordered, they pretty much drop you, charge your account and then dont deliver the product. Forget about getting ANY reply from them when inquiring about order status. Forget this one.

        Canadian customer here. Came within 10 days, but their shipping company DHL charged us a huge duty!!!!! Worth almost as much as the merch, and their shipping costs are already exorbitant! Once we opened the package, half the items were expired, and they ghosted us when we asked for refund, with proof! Never Again!!!!!!!!

        Ordered some products for Mother's Day with next day delivery. Took about 5 days to process the order, and then out of the blue the order was cancelled with no explanation. Wouldn't use again.

        I've made an order more than a month ago, payed for it and I still haven't got it. Asked customer service for a refund and they have been ghosting me for the last 2 weeks. Basically I've lost more than 150euros for nothing! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
