We decided to use Superior Finish for our upstairs carpeting and bathroom vinyl based on a recommendation from a family member. We were very impressed with the overall job from the pre-sales experience in their show-room to the team that spent the day fitting out our order. We will use them again. I have to say that me and my Partner have used Superior Flooring on a number of occasions over the last 2 years. They are friendly and supportive. We did have an issue in that a set of blinds in the utility collapsed on the day of fitting and the kitchen Karndean was marked, it bugged the hell out of me as it was in one's eye line, however when I called, they did struggle to fix a date to come out but that was due to all parties having busy schedules, inconvenient? yes, but they were definitely up for putting it right as soon as possible and didn't chase me down for the money. We plan to use them again as having more work done. They are a good company but think they would benefit from having a computerised system as sometimes the waiting on the phone or in person for them to find their notes/diary entry about your account can be frustrating - but I balance this with being an impatient so and so. lol Would recommend.
