Awful experience. Absolutely wrecked a blazer. First time it had ever been cleaned and now it is not fit to wear. Raised a complaint and left my contact details for the manager to get in touch. It's approaching a month and they haven't even bothered. Phoned to chase, only to be told by an entirely indifferent worker, that my grievance had been passed along.....but no idea when someone might get in touch. Warning: Looking on Companies House, New Look Dry Cleaners appear to be 'Insolvent' and commenced winding up on 1st August 2022......so I don't expect I'm ever going to hear from them before they disappear forever. They have appointed liquidators (Expedium Limited, London), so it's highly unlikely that I'm going to see any redress for their lack of care. Avoid at all costs. Service: Organic dry cleaning

Dry cleaners. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to taking in dry cleaning. Came back like uncleared. Had usual wear plus a coffee stain that they accepted. I surely I am not paying the 15. But the woman still charged me too. Very disappointed indeed. Since hand washed out.

I trust new look dry cleaners to dry clean a special jacket of mine. They always get all the dirt and stains off and they are good value for money and efficient service.

My quilt cover came back after being laundered with a black stain that had not been there on leaving it with them so I returned it to be meet with total denial of any responsibility from the staff member and subsequently the manager. I left it to be laundered again but when I returned a week later the assistant produced their carbon copy of the ticket showing an asterisk and the words black mark. The top copy given to me originally did not have anything written on it nor have they ever checked the quilt in my presence so I am at a loss as to how that can be I am extremely disappointed with their service and the attitude I received and wouldnt recommend this company. If I could I would give it no stars!

Do not use this dry cleaners. It has taken 15 days for the manager of New Look Dry cleaners to say they have no responsibility for the damage to my curtains, the damage of which was concealed and not pointed out on return. They were not heavily soiled and in very good condition prior to taking them in. If one is to accept the explanation of sun damage they should at least have the curtesy of pointing it out on return and the manager responsible for running the business take responsibility for this descision which obviously requires great expense to the customer interms of replacement of the items. I made at least 6 phone calls to the above business and was told every time that I would receive a response or an email and think it no coincidence that a threat of complaint led to an almost immediate if insatisfactory response.
