Spinney Surgery

Haven't been to the doctor in 2 years. Went through the lengthy process of registering. Went through the long, useless answer message on the phone. Called at the time requested, waited in the que. Receptionist hung up on me because I complained that about their ridiculous answer message. I have something serious I want to see the doctor about, I don't understand how they can be so bad or the receptionist so immoral. Tried to use the online appointment service on the website but It doesn't work. I got Error 404 - Page not found. So what am I supposed to do? I called again and she hung up again. She made the excuse that I was abusive and hung up. It was just an excuse, am I not entitled to be disappointed with a bad service. I jumped through all their hoops just to deal with them. It was a real act of cowardice the way she hung up and completely immoral. I would never do that to someone who was sick. She is looking for any excuse so she can feel fine about dropping the phone. Absolutely awful. What is the point of funding this? This surgery let me down when I needed them.

Exceptional experience and exceptionally hardworking and caring people that get very little recognition. Theyre empathetic and have always been accommodating for my children.

I have been with this surgery for over 30 years and yes it has changed but the service you get is 5* The staff are amazing. We are very lucky to have to have such a good team.

The receptionist was overly curt to the point of rude. Absolutely no need for that. Not what you need when you're not well.
