        Inconsiderate, unprofessional, selfish, assuming store clerks. They do not value anyone's time except their own. I called at 1400 to find out the DHL shipping deadline. The associate said 1600. I got off work early so I could be there at 1540, wanting to have plenty of time to fill out the shipping information. On arrival I was directed to the DHL counter and immediately told that I was too late. It was not that DHL had picked up early that day. No, the problem was that the clerks did not want to do the work to get the package ready by 1600. Apparently, at WH Smith 1600 does not mean 1600, or even 1540. Lazy and inconsiderate. They didn't even try.
