Absolutely shocking, you're better off buying a law for dummies book online and trying to do yourself. They walked away from my sale 2 days before exchange citing a 'risk', cost me 100's in storage fees, and months of delays re-doing sale. Do not use.

These solicitors were recommended to us by the estate agents but were useless. The portal was never up to date so we couldnt track progress, they were also a nightmare to get in touch with. After 4 months we ended up changing solicitors as no progress had been made at all and the purchase was in danger of falling through. With the new solicitors suddenly the house sale and purchase progressed much faster confirming that the delays had been caused by DC laws incompetence.

The service from this company is very poor. I am repeatedly asked for the same information and only ever see any action when I email to ask what is happening. The whole process is taking far too long for what is a very straightforward transaction. Its virtually impossible to speak to anyone and it just appears that no-one has a grip on what's going on. Unfortunately I'm trapped with them but really would not recommend.

At every stage Ollie at DC Law kept me updated and helped me through the process by explaining each document and stage clearly. The online Portal was exceptionally clear with outstanding actions and notifications. A stressful time made much easier by the effort, calmness and communication via DC Law.
