Asked to move by a staff member because we had a buggy, not family friendly, avoid if you have a buggy or small children!

The sort of place that reminds you why it's important to support independent retailers. The kind of company to charge 25% over the RRP simply because they're the only store in the area that sells that product (I wonder why?). Complaints get the usual corporate bs response. If COVID has finally killed the British high street, WH Smith is what you might call a "pre existing condition".
