Purser & Luxford

I have used Purser & Luxford since 2016 and have received consistently high level of service and customer care from them. Keith, Luke and the team are very friendly, professional and can't do enough for you. They always go an extra mile to resolve my car issues promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. I always know I can trust them and that my car is in good hands. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Highly recommended.

Very dissapointed with this dealer. I made an appointment to test drive a car. I explained we would be driving almost 2 hours to get there and that we would be there before 1:30pm he said not a problem at all. I phoned when on my way to let him know we're on our way and will get there on time. Drove two hours, got there at 13:28, earlier than agreed, only to find a guy walking up the car with the keys and driving the car off as we're walking up to the dealership. He explains that he has literally just given the keys to someone who just walked in, we wait but he then buys the car, so we didn't even get to test drive it, waste of 4 hours drive and petrol for nothing, just a meek apology. Beware this business is cut throat!
