        Made a purchase at a Saturday auction and received the item in the post the following Friday. Easy to deal with, postage costs reasonable and didn't need to involve any expensive third party courier .

        The shop and its staff are AMAZING 5 stars for that. HOWEVER. I popped in to get a painting appraised and valued. I was lead though to the auction office by a really lovely lady. Upon entering the auction office I was hit with a terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke. It hit me like a wall. Then one young gentleman looked at my painting, told me it was a "street seller" very armature. I noticed him scratch at the oil paint with his nail to. Told not too look at ebay thinking I dont know anything about antique dealings. It's something I have a lot of experience with (just not paintings) and have an amazing mentor in the antiques world. I felt very dismissed and made to feel like a 5 year old. Won't bother coming in to the auction room again and definitely wont recomend . But I will definitely be using the shop as they are amazing
