My truck failed its MOT and needed a new chassis, the bulkhead was also in a bad state, so I was looking to have both done.
I googled 3 places near me (apparently people drop their trucks off from as far as Germany) but Tamar stood out.
Their website pricing is transparent - they use a unique chassis replacement method, just lifting the body off in one piece - this allows for competitive pricing.
They also use Richards Chassis which I had already researched and knew were amongst the best.
I was given a courtesy car and told it would take about 3 weeks but actually it was just over 2.
The final bill was clear and concise with no final surprises.
Brothers Alex and Dave were always attentive, courteous, trustful and professional - I got a great vibe and the whole process was stress free.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

So not only am I out of pocket 90, I had had my time wasted, and I still had the problem that I ended up paying twice for, at least the second time it was sorted by competent mechanics.
I did go back in person and ask for my money 90. The response was no, we would prefer to do more work on the vehicle.of course you would.
I cut my losses and went elsewhere.
Not impressed, however that is that.
