Had Dan come to service our boiler last week, we had fantastic service from him and me and my partner are very please. Dan is very friendly and had brilliant time keeping ! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family! Will definitely be using genes gas again !! Thank you Dan!

Dan is a top man. Very professional and explains everything in a simple format. I've used him ever since purchasing our new boiler a couple years ago and he's always available for advice if needed.

Dan was fantastic when I was referred to him by another gas engineer who was unable to do the emergency work I needed carrying out due to being too busy! He looked at the job and consulted with the other engineers who had come to see the issue previously (a carbon monoxide leak caused by the flue) and settled on the right recommendation for the repair based on the advice and information provided by the other engineers and from his own feeling on what the safest solution would be. He told me exactly what was needed and was up front about the cost, he also installed a replacement radiator and carried out a gas safety check all in the same day! Would recommend and will be using Dan's services again whenever I need a good gas engineer. 5/5 stars. Thank you for making my heating system safe again!
