Brilliant customer service. We had bi-folds fitted 7 years ago. We had an issue with them and I called up and they were fixed under warranty within a week without question. I cant recommend them enough

I cannot comment on this company's work per say but unfortunately experienced very rude comments and an extremely aggressive attitude from the fitters of this company. They were installing a neighbours window frames and when I approached them about Health & Safety concerns I was almost attacked by two of the fitters. The neighbourhood is very child friendly with lots of cars parked on the street but sadly these fitters did not care less about who walks on the pavement. Cutting machinery, equipment and all sorts of steel works were scattered around with no safety at all. Very disturbing!

I would not recommend this company and I will never be using them again. We have had an extremely unprofessional experience from beginning to end. Our install was done terribly and we were left with a boarded window because of manufacturing errors, the inside of our door frame was a mess with plaster exposed and paint work ruined. There were numerous wrong orders and we were without a letterbox for three weeks. The job was unfinished on the day due to the above errors and I expected to get an apologetic phone call the next working day, but I heard nothing and I had to do the chasing! The job quality has been a headache from start to finish and I have been so disappointed with the customer service. I thought by choosing a local company I would have had a superior experience, but it's been terrible. Services: General window replacement, General door installation
