I booked an appointment to try and purchase a wig. My hair has been thinning for some time, so I decided I wanted to do something about it. I booked with Stuart, who has been very patient with me as I have emailed him quite a few times previously. I went for my appointment and a lady named Claire was there to help me choose a wig. She was professional, punctual and welcoming. She promptly measured my head and started looking for wigs that would suit me and my head size. After trying on various wigs, which Claire very kindly and patiently placed on my head, I found one that I really really liked. I decided to purchase it and felt so happy.I had asked if I needed to secure it further, but Claire had said it should just stay put on my head. Claire went through some basic after care instructions and said there is a video on the website, too. Off I went home. I wore this out yesterday following the instructions of how to keep it straight and wore a cap underneath. However, during bowling, the wig pushed back quite a bit with my own hair fully visible and on display. I was told by my youngest son that my wig was falling off! I kept having to go to the loo to re adjust it. I took it to my local wig shop, who told me it was too big and showed me how I could re adjust it. It cost quite a bit of money to purchase the wig, and I appreciate my head size is on the smaller side but I wish I was told that the wig was too big and how to adjust it at the bottom. From the second shop I was given a different type of wig cap that fitted snuggly with a fastener, which helped keep my wig in place all day. Investing in a wig is a BIG thing and full support should be provided for the customer particularly if they are new.

Amazing customer service so professional and helpful and love my new wig, arrived when they said it would I would highly recommend this company.
