Fantastic service. I had a leaking bathroom sink and broken pipework. A quick email and fast response and the engineer arrived later in the day and replaced all the pipework. Very tidy and professional work. Highly recommended!

We were lucky enough to find these guys to help when we couldn't get our central heating working this year. They came out promptly and Saj spent hours accurately diagnosing the problem. He was determined to stay until he m ew what the issue was. We needed a new part which was ordered promptly and as soon as it arrived Saj and a colleague were back to install it and ensure that the boiler was working. Sak explained everything to us and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He tidied up after himself and communicated throughout. When we got the bill I was amazed at how reasonable it was especially considering how much time had been spent here. What an absolute gem of a company to have found and we will definitely be using these guys for all our boiler needs going forward. Can't recommend enough!

I want to say THANK YOU to Saj and his team for the amount of care and dedication they have shown to me and a problem that I thought was bigger than me. I had a Warm Home Policy with Utility Company and when the day came to use it ? A tiny small-print go away clause left me (disabled) and my son who has autism in deep trouble. Saj and SM Gas answered my prayers and reassured me that it was going to be fixed. He is an honest, hardworking MAN with traditional values and integrity. He did not cut any corners and overhauled my entire heating system. A genuine Power-Flush of note- every radiator came off until every piece of any sediment or grit was out. He changed valves and checked the boiler over and over. Saj and his assistant worked the whole day until my system was raging hot and purring like a kitten quietly in the corner. Before leaving quite exhausted, they still cleaned up as if they hadnt been here at all. Well and truly worth every cent of his very competitive price. In closing all I have to say is that if you have a heating or boiler problem ? Phone SM. Just do it. You wont be sorry. (Nathan Tulip)
