They are really helpful, immediately contacting the organisation I was complaining about and suggesting a resolution meeting, a course I had been unaware of. Sutton Council only fund them for seven hours per week when a full time worker is clearly needed.

Although they were really nice people, the service was absolutely useless. They had lack of knowledge about our NHS CHC Funding and appeals processes, and when the Advocacy lady attended an IRP Meeting with us, she sat there and literally said NOTHING. Complete silence.Despite her saying to us she would speak up to help clarify answers to our questions, but intead she said nothing. I don't recommend them to anyone, at least for the Advocacy services of attending meetings with clients.
