I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic!! Awesome and friendly reception team! And then I met with nurse Angela!! She was incredible!! I felt comfortable at all times and she was super caring, patient, and gentle! I have learned a lot during my visit and felt really understood and heard. Angela took her time and didnt rush me. She is a wonderful woman and it is more than obvious how much she loves her job and her patients. Thank you for treating me with so much kindness and respect!!

I had a concerned that is urgent. I submitted a self referral form. I received a call a week after that a nurse would call me for a telephone consultation. Another week past, I received a text to inform me that my telephone consultation would be on the following week. On that following week, I missed the Rosehill Clinics phone call because I was at work. I called the clinic the day after and they informed me that since I missed my appointment, I have to do another self referral and be on the waiting list again. I told them the reason for my referral and that it is urgent. I also would not require a consultation but an appointment for the procedure. They informed me that I will be on the waiting list. I didnt bother wasting more time waiting for this clinic to even call me. I managed to book an appointment in St Marys Hospital. My urgent concern were addressed within 2 days. I received a call from Rosehill 3 weeks after, but by that time my concerned last long been addressed. Extremely disappointing service from Rosehill Clinic.

Had a prebooked appointment here today and was pleasantly surprised. I was seen on time and was out within 30 mins after my check up!
