    Fella behind the till with beanie hat, ear piercing and neck tattoo is always really rude and has a serious attitude problem. I only ever come here to pick up parcels and he always has an issue with me or makes things problematic. Everytime I get a parcel that needs collecting I dread going to this place.

    Very very rude staff! Don't even deserve one star. Arranged to pick up an Amazon delivery from there and the staff was asking for a barcode. Being someone who's only ever received Amazon parcels at home, I had no idea what barcode he was referring to and he got quite impatient and rude and kept using the word "init" in his accent. The other staff was also very rude to me and accused me of "lying" about picking up MY OWN PARCEL! I did mention I don't know what barcode he was referring to and I can provide proof of ID which is what Amazln requested. Overall horrible experience, wouldn't recommend parcel pickups there. Their shop is also pricey for a corner shop! Staff need intense training on customer service! If only I had read the reviews on Google before sending my parcel there! That experience pretty much ruined my whole day!
