AVOID AVOID Visited the garage told them Id like the finance they quoted way too high and as no other cars were suitable Im a first time driver didnt want loads of miles, I said no thanks and wouldnt refund the refundable deposit saying Id have to put something in writing despite being told its refundable and not signing anything saying otherwise, he told me it was the bosss decision and I couldnt have his number he would ring me he never has after two weeks the other one then said he couldnt get in contact with him either despite more finance applications put in on the Monday (he must have been in to do that) after me saying no on the Friday!! Potentially ruining my credit score and already being accepted on the Friday they knew I didnt want it and still put more finance applications in, I have since been to the bank to request my refund AVOID

Brought a car from here in April, had problems with it from day one. Finally Tim/neil (they pretend to be the other person) finally agreed to look at it, even though I was given 15 months warranty. Was looked at, and was told by the mechanic that it needed servicing and engine had no oil in. I was told my tim/Neil that it had been serviced the week I purchased it. I was just happy to have it sorted at the time. Continually rang asking for spare key which was promised, never received key or not even a call back. They agreed to service it and said the manager was on holiday. No body called me back. Got stopped by police. Tyre was ina terrible condition, I explained I had only just bought the car a week earlier he said them selling it to me in that condition was illegal. Week 5 still hadnt received log book or service history as promised. Problem after problem and no support or even communication from either tim or neil. The final thread was the engine smoking and something leaking out of the engine. I contacted the garage. Tim said ring back next Thursday, and we will see what we can do. That was 8 days away!! I asked about the warranty. Excuse after excuse. I explained I wasnt happy with the condition of the car I had been sold. Again mentioning log book spare key. In the end I contacted the bank who processed a investigation for fraud!! Im still waiting to hear back if I can have the money I am owed, but still at this moment in time the car is undrivable on my driveway, I have not received the log book or key. Had no reply from the garage watso ever and no money until the investigation is complete e. Bank says another 30days to hear back from the garage. These salesmen are con artists. Lie lie lie.
