        Order some food at cafe waited 20 minutes not bad ha wrong order came waited another 20 minutes hooray finally right no apologies or sorry bad service and very slow at counter disappointing to say the least

        Nice to enjoy coffee and eats upstairs, helpful staff but Aircon is on and blowing, cold uncomfortable- off putting especially for the elderly, hope it lessens in severity. Expensive too, March; - The Air Con continues to be an irritant and off putting to Customers who pay to eat and drink here, IT IS WINTER JUST GOING ON SPRING ,how can they let this Coldness affect paying customers, no one surely likes sitting in a draft just to have a coffee, do management Not understand this !!!
