        My grandma is in here for respite, the staff look like they work very hard, it can't be an easy job

        If I could leave zero stars I would. We submitted a safeguarding report about this hole regarding my mum, of course everyone backs each other and they had their stories and excuses for the neglect and suffering they caused to my mum. The manager Patrick Murphy isn't fit for purpose along with his useless staff, not all, but most. It breaks my heart to think what my mum went through in here during covid when I wasn't allowed to see her. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FAMILY IN HERE. It needs closing permanently

        My dad was recently a resident at broadoak Manor in sthelens for about 3 months I really can't fault the care he received before he passed away recently the staff are absolutely amazing the care he received and the dignity was outstanding they made us all feel very comfortable whilst visiting him you all deserve the recognition which is usually never given to a care home lots of love from all of us

        This place is not the place to put the elderly staff have no time for family or there residents. My grandma has told us horrific stories of the night staff which i will not put on here. Please do not send your relatives here.
