Great performance - Just got a load of leaflets through the door about Christmas offers 10 months early! I'm guessing they're 10 months early as surely the nation's biggest professional delivery company wouldn't be nearly 3 months behind with something like unaddressed leaflets detailing Christmas offers? That would imply prioritising other items of mail and as Simon Thompson told Parliament - they don't do that.

I rang on the 19th Jan to try to trace the whereabouts of a parcel which had been sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on 6th January. The person I spoke to on customer services was very helpful and he enlightened me about the Tracked 48hr service, saying they only AIM to deliver in 48 hrs but in fact had until the 21st January(2 weeks from postage) for the item to arrive. Luckily my parcel arrived on the 21st. So beware that you are paying extra for a service that could take 2 weeks and not 2 days

is this office a joke? i don't have letters for three weeks now. i'm awaiting an important bank letter as well as other letters for appointment.
