We had a leak in the bathroom from bath waste pipe . rang him Monday, left message, he rang back ,told him the problem, he said he hadn't got his diary and would ring me Friday or Sat to book in for the following week. Waited for his call which never happened. I wish that if he didn't want the job he'd been honest and said so.instead of us needlessly waiting for a non existent call.
