Absolutely shocking service. Ordered materials on a Wednesday to be delivered the following Tuesday. I went into the shop twice on the Tuesday to make sure delivery was going to happen. I lost count of how many times I phoned with no answer, the only alternative was to visit the shop TWICE. I was assured it would be delivered. The materials have not been delivered leaving my builder with no work for the evening and a loss of earnings. Absolutely SHOCKING service. I'm disgusted. Do not deal with this company!!

Paid cash for a window was told it would be in in 2 weeks over 2 months later no window and no refund never call you back wouldn't recommend them

I went to this place to order a couple of windows, the young lad behind the counter took all the details and said he would pass them on and they would ring me in a day or two, a week later I called in to see if they had worked out a price for the windows, I had to give them all the details again and was told that he would ring me with a price later that day, three weeks later I got a phone call asking me did I still want a price on the windows, in the meantime I'd been over the road to st Helen's windows, got a price a delivery date and I'd fitted the windows before this company got back to me.
