Never anyone on the till/shop floor, you have to stand and wait for someone to come out of the back, you then have to wait 10/15 minutes to get your prescription that you ordered 2/3 days before, then they dont have it in stock so have to wait even longer, I understand that they are extremely busy so instead of getting a bad reputation why dont they employ someone to just be on the shop floor as it is always busy in there, I am going to go back to having it delivered, it was quicker

This place seriously needs to get its act together. There is never anyone out front, manning the till, they're always in the back gassing. I get that's where the pharmacist or manager needs to be, but why is there never a sales assistant out front? I don't think I've ever gone in there and been dealt with in less than 5 minutes. And waiting for a prescription to be done or located takes a good 10 to 15. In contrast Lloyds on Robins Lane round the corner is a breeze.
