If you are advised to see the pharmacist by NHS 111, dont bother. My son has a severe sore throat, 111 advised to go to the pharmacy to see if he needs to see a doctor or self medicate. The pharmacist told him he had a sore throat without even looking. I could have diagnosed that myself. Waste of time when we will still now need to try and see a doctor.
