        Came here yesterday for a consultation with Billy as advised by 111 NHS Online over a lingering cough. Very friendly man as was the lady at the till who told me where to sit at the waiting chairs. The consultation wasn't rushed, explained everything in detail and took time to listen to my thoughts and concerns which he factored into his judgement. Billy even said I was welcome to come back any time for him to show me how to use my inhalers properly which I think I will do. Thank you Billy you are a very nice gentleman.
