Always took my dog here the girls are really friendly and really kind to the dogs wouldnt trust anyone else with Milly edited!! 24/8/22.been going here 9yrs an thought they were lovely until I received a call because Id accidentally forgot my appointment as theres a lot going on with my family at present an got spoken to terrible an had the phone put down on me! Customer service needs bit of a polish I wont be going back. Loyalty dont mean a thing Ive actually moved to elccleston but carried on going so they didnt loose custom being a small bissness but be going elsewhere such shame my dogs have to start getting used to someone else.

my male Bichon Frise has been coming here since he was 3 months old, hes now 2 and a half. He loves his visits and every cut hes ever had here has been amazing despite him having a difficult coat to groom. I will never take him anywhere else! my female Frug is a nervous dog and only just turned 1. she came here when she was 8 weeks old for a nail trim, and recently went for a bath, nail trim and ears cleaned. The ladies were so patient with her and took the time to calm her down. she came out smelling gorgeous and was happy and not at all stressed. lovely, professional, knowledgable ladies providing an excellent service for an amazing price. thank you Karen & team from Louis, Stella and me
