        Bought a 9ct gold buckle ring and noticed the buckle was not attached when it was made. Went in and they sent it of and when I got it back. Wowww what a job couldn't even notice where they had soldered it but now it is as sturdy as anything. And was done free of charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else what a top job thabk you

        So disappointed. Called to confirm I was outside and wanted to try park as I wanted to buy a ring. Parked up ran over and then it was 1654pm I was looking in the window to try and find the right ring. When then hoping to get in just before 5pm they moved the jewellery out of the window. I know they close at 5 but I was about to spend 1k approx so really don't think they went the extra mile for me. I've sold many years ago a ring to this jewellers following a temp separation and it's still in the window just under 1400 and no chance to look at it again . I know its close to closing but surely could have given me 5 minutes
