when i got in the shop they was not welcomeing at all they rush with there work and got nowhere near the image i shown them when i shown them the colours i wanted they put a basket infront of me and would not help me find the colours like i asked. the nails havent even lasted a week they are lifting and my nails are damaged they even flooded my cuticuls and im haveing alot of pain with them i will never go again! outside the window it said 25 and when i got in it was 35 at the end. Love my nail design, however the staff were so rude and was obviously talking about my nails during the time there and I dont think they could understand me. I tried to be nice to them but they kept rolling their eyes at me when I asked for my length to be shorter. Never asked what shape I wanted and never compared the length to each nail. Extremely expensive, which someone else has also pointed out. Will not be going again and do not advise going. If you want your nails done take the time to go into Liverpool city. Also their replies to reviews are very passive aggressive which isnt a good look for a small salon which only takes cash!

They dont even speak English and talk about you in there own language the shop smells of sweaty feet and they are very snotty
