I was really unsure of things as a first time buyer and Kim made things so easy for me. The only company Ive ever contacted and are able to follow up and respond on the same day and provide frequent updates on the mortgage process. Helped with finding a solicitor and supported me from start to completion. Kim and Megan were so lovely and understanding and never made me feel like I was asking questions about the obvious. So supportive. I would highly recommend to anyone.
