        Call them because of an obstruction to the speaker slot at the top of the screen of my new phone. Even though John wasn't particularly optimistic about what he could do without damaging the phone, he invited me to go into the shop to have a look under the microscope, and see what he could do to help. Another person would have told me to go somewhere else because they couldn't be bothered, which is what usually happens. In the end I managed to sort it out myself but still, the fact that he was happy to help deserves a 5* review...!

        They did a great job fixing the charging port on my phone. Booked it in midweek and dropped it off Saturday morning, was fixed within the hour! Phone is as good as new.

        Excellent service , fixed something stuck in headphone jack . Definitely Recommend UPDATE: used the shop again to get a new display for a damaged phone, received the phone back after a few days with a new screen for a reasonable price. Again would recommend!!
