I recently had an appointment with Dr Agoro. She listened carefully to my problem, was kind and arranged effective treatment the same day. First class service.

Seems to have gone downhill over the past few months, some of the receptionists can come across really rude when youre asking for help, recently whenever Ive had telephone consultations Im never on the phone longer than 2/3 minutes and feel really rushed when explaining things. There have been two occasions where I have called for an emergency appointment and been told I will be called between 9-12pm so I change my work pattern to accommodate then no phone call and when I ring the receptionist says the doctor has changed it to the afternoon, with no warning, so I then have to change my work pattern again. Fully appreciate how busy staff are, but common courtesy is out the window.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Was told to phone back at 8:00 the next day only to be told that all appointments were taken. The GP told me I was booked to have an MRI scan then phoned to cancel it. Reception staff completely unsympathetic.
