I went to St Helen's Speilmans to make a photo book for my father in laws 90th birthday. The young sales man was excellent from start to finish. He helped with the technology and gave excellent advise and support. We are eagerly awaiting the book next week , but so far we are very pleased with the service. I am sorry I did not get his name, but we shall certainly be back.

I had photos restored by another company 88, not impressed went to Max st Helens an got same photo restored totally different! very impressed so I got two more restored, staff are more than helpful they are brilliant.

Asked for a picture printed on a t-shirt in memory of someone, fir an Xmas run my husband was doing. Got it home, wrong size t-shirt, picture blurred, writing didn't match up. Also wasn't given the original picture back.Was told by member of staff I could have a refund and a replacement, when I spoke to manager, was told no, one or the other. Said do another t-shirt. Took it in on a Monday managers said she would ring me Tuesday when it was done. No phone call all week. Went into the shop on the Saturday to ask about it, was ready just couldn't be bothered ringing me it seemed like.
