It was my grandson's Birthday and I had bought him a nice Rotary watch from Costco. When he opened his present, it looked great, but as I'd bought the showcase model, it was packed for me and I took it home and wrapped it up. We met up at a sthelens town centre restaurant to celebrate. When opened, there was no operating instructions and we could not get it to work. We went into H. Samuel for assistance. The staff were so kind to us after I explained our situation. They carefully checked the watch and apparently it is faulty. Using Emily's (lady in store) helpful advice, I double checked with costco and was told that the watch could be refunded. So we picked a nice watch from H. Samuel and it works as it should. I've been twice in the last week and both times the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for.

Went for a pre-booked ear piercing service, which unfortunately due to a website glitch was unavailable. The staff could not have been more apologetic or helpful, the lovely lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) offered alternatives and to make up for the inconvenience was able to adjust my watch FOC. Really went above and beyond, a great example of friendly, professional customer service. Thank you.
