We paid for a Truestone shower tray repair and were led to believe the repair was guaranteed for two years as per website statement. "TWO YEAR GUARENTEE ON ALL OUR WORK" The repair failed 8 months later so I contacted The Bath Doctor. It took three calls and failed promises of call backs by the company for them to tell me repairs are only guaranteed for six months. There was no mention of this at any other point. Communication from The Bath Doctor was poor throughout. We found them unprofessional and I would not recommend.

I paid for a small crack in my bath to be repaired and was told it would last many years and it would be as strong as the rest of the bath, with a 12 month guarantee. The repair failed after less than ten uses in around 7 months. I contacted The Bath Doctor, it took several phone calls and I had to send a copy receipt by email and followed up again by phone to be told it was only covered by 6 month guarantee. They are unprofessional, saying I was advised verbally of their 6 month guarantee during the repair which I dispute. I would not recommend the Bath Doctor, they are unprofessional and offer a bad quality service and after sales support.
