"They can resolve it if..."
I work over 50 hours a week. Its not my issue nor should it be my issue, I didn't agree for my name to be put on the bill in the first place (also the flat was registered as an Air B&B.
I'm guessing to avoid the tax in general.
Renting a flat above the estate agents you would think be a bonus and you could get the help you needed in a swift response. How wrong I am. Incompetence knows no bounds. The rubbish still outside the entrance door from last tenants since last May. Rats around my home and your shop speaks volumes on how the business is ran.
Walking past the staff we used to greet them politely but we always got a look down and no greeting. Friendly service...
The only thing they acted fast on is a banister for the stairs to the flat due to the mum upstairs fell down the stairs with her baby...
They the type of people it's everyone's fault but their own. I couldn't stress enough how shocking, rude and poor the service has been from them and the landlord as a whole. The plethora of issues I've faced with them knows no bounds
We paid for a fully furnished flat.
WiFi has been off for over 2 months
The furniture is missing important screws and bolts so hanging by a thread...
Wait 2 weeks and have to constantly chase up for services to be provided
They seem to have new staff all the time which speaks magnitudes
To the owner or "director" I'd hang your head in shame if that's how a business is ran.
Update... you've seen the reply. I kicked off with the whole office man and woman as I was due in magistrates Court over the debt your boss, my landlord couldn't pay.
The place is shambolic and I've made numerous complaints. But again your reply just proves it everyone's fault except your own.
I'll post this to Facebook, twitter and everywhere to be heard.
So you won't address the lack of WiFi the poor state of furniture, the litter outside the office and my front door that's been there since May 2022 just hide and call it slander?
Again everyone's but your own fault.
It isn't slander when its the truth. The "landlord" owner of little estates who hid behind them 2 girls instead of owning up and facing his mistakes for nearly a year...
But hey the tenant above me is equally appauled by the lack of service but hey we must all be liars.

From the very start there was helpful and friendly advice, but the level of service so far has been up and beyond - they are very much a proactive 'get things done' kind of team.
Basically they work their socks off to ensure everyone involved in the process is happy and that everything is working well. I'm going to give them a 11/10 so far! :-)
