Lionheart Hypnobirthing

Thank you Rachel for delivering an amazing hypnobirthing course. My husband and I have learnt so much, not only about the physiology off birth but also techniques to use to keep me relaxed during labour. Not only this, but you have equipped us with the knowledge and confidence for birth and being able to say no to any birthing interventions I may be uncomfortable about having. All of this is completely invaluable and I would highly recommend Rachel's course. She is also a wonderful person and has the most soothing voice which is lovely especially with the relaxations she reads out at the end of every class.

I have just finished lionheart hypnobirthing course with Rachel and I honestly feel so prepared for labour and birth. Before starting the course I was petrified to give birth and the thought of it was terrifying. My mindset has now completely changed from attending the 3 sessions I feel very confident and no longer scared. Rachel gave us so much information, from the start of labour, pain relief, birth positions and all the options available to us during this time, plus a lot more! With lots of notes and a manual to refer back to. I would highly recommend lionheart hypnobirthing to anyone who is pregnant and feeling nervous or anxious about giving birth. Also to anyone wanting to learn more about the whole process of labour from start to finish. Thank you so much Rachel xxx
