        I had needed to get a new part for my Central Heating Boiler. The part I required was not available but the member of staff that dealt with me found the model and part number from their database and promised that it would be available the next morning at 7.00am. I called and picked up the item the following day and thinking that the replacement did not quite visually compare with the item I was replacing, the staff member rechecked the part list for my boiler and confirmed that it was the correct. Subsequently I fitted the item successfully. It was a superb service by the staff concerned and I couldn't be more pleased 100% satisfaction!
