"Tony arrived on time and worked very hard all day on a new boiler installation in September last year. He was very polite and professional and the quality of his work was excellent. When faced with an issue of a faulty ball valve, he sourced a replacement, and installed it with minimum fuss. The job was completed and the heating tested and Tony stayed until we were fully satisfied. The following day he returned to brick up with bricks sourced to perfectly match the existing. He then tidied up everywhere to the point where you wouldn't know he had been. I cannot recommend him more highly, this man is a true professional who really provides outstanding customer service." Just a service on this occasion but Tony arrived early as requested and undertook the work with minimum of fuss. Very pleased with the work completed at an extremely reasonable cost.

My wife and I had Anthony Rigby Boilers replace our old boiler and cylinder on the 18th of August this year, He is a very knowledgeable tradesman who clearly takes pride in his work and putting customers minds at ease like he did with us, all the work he did for us was undertaken to a very professional standard and he really went above and beyond to get the job done for us, Very clean and tidy work men whom actually arrived on time! We would absolutely recommend Anthony Rigby Boilers.

Anthony did a great job with installing new boiler for us when our old one broke down. He always called or arrived when he said he would and kept us up to date at each step of the process. His workmanship is excellent, I would have no doubts in recommending him to others and in fact I have already done so.

I can't rate this guy highly enough. He is honest, listened to our requirements, with no pushy sales talk. Despite a minor and totally unavoidable setback Tony was able to perform the full boiler replacement in a day (but he really worked flat-out to do which was his choice) along with a colleague. The work is very tidy, the pipework is excellent and the clean-up afterwards was exceptional. Aside from the plasterwork where the old boiler was and the external pipework, there were no signs of any work having been done at all; it was that good and that tidy. All the old equipment was removed from the site after giving us a few options of what we could do with it. He went through the new boiler settings and operations before leaving so that we knew what to do. All round: excellent. Am looking forward to employing his services again.
