        Absolutely shocking place. Brand new car broke down, 7,000 miles on clock. Flat battery then 5 minutes after getting a jump start clutch went. Stuck miles away from home, had to pay for tow ourselves. No courtesy car whilst clutch getting fixed/waiting for parts. Booked in twice now for battery to be sorted/technician to upgrade tech. Both cancelled, first time tech off sick, second time tech on holiday. Absolutely terrible service. God knows when it will be sorted. Don't go here, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

        Dealt with Service Team. Suzie was really helpful. I had a booking online which hadn't been confirmed. Th3le guys in service team booked me in, contacted my lease company and got everything sorted same day. Then returned to collect. Very happy with service received
