I managed to damage the castors on my Aidapt foot stool so needed to replace them. I eventually was given the company name of "Adapt" and was advised to call them. My call was answered by a cheerful sounding gentleman who, after asking a few basic questions identified my stool and took my order to four castors. To my absolute amazement a parcel arrived within a very short time containing four complete leg units giving me 8 castors in total. I called Aidapt asking for instructions as to how I return them. The gentleman was once again, cheerful and understanding he even apologized for the error then told me to keep them as it was their error and hoped I would accept the apology as well as the leg units. Should I say I am impressed or should I say I am amazed? Thank you Aidapt you have really impressed me..
