Arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished. Unfortunately, the new doors were damaged in a number of places when fitting and had to be filled. Not noticeable now though as they put us in touch with a very good French polisher and now the doors look good. They came back 3 times to rectify the damage I found and didn't request the final balance until I was happy.

Heres my beautiful not so beautiful 4000 staircase thats still a mess project started in March still not what I paid for 3 maybe 4 attempts to be told by evey single joiner thats sent says this can't be quickly rectified and is shocked that nothing is being done. After speaking to the joiners and the french polisher this seems to be a running theme ..Still waiting on a response from the 29th of June as there chasing a final 300 payment. Every single time im promised a solution to then be told by Josh he will speak to Andy the owner whos clearly to ashamed to call me and hasnt spoken a word. As an owner of a company should take pride in his reputation but instead uses Josh to do his dirty work who hasnt got a clue but quick to take and chase the money i would not recommend this company and small claims court proceedings are soon to be underway.
