        Was recommended their services from an estate agent. Was not told that I would be charged for this recommendation. First email of charges had no mention of this fee. Fee was added on to final bill. First email from solicitor details how to contact them and who to contact. For the first 3 months I had no replies to emails nor does anyone answer the phone. You never know if anyone is going to action anything you request or if they had received your email. I had to start badgering them before anyone gets back to me. The secretary was always off sick or on holiday. Just never there. They sent me a satisfaction questionnaire post completion. I laughed when I opened it. Went straight in the bin
