        Absolutely shocking service majorly let down not just on one occassion

        Was desperate for a small supply of a speciality chemical to go to a customer very urgently, found Total Lab Supplies after much searching today (Fri pm) and WOW, Rachel was fantastic, so professional and just made it all happen, clearly, concisely and nothing was a problem. Rachel was an absolute pleasure to talk to, quite made my day to be honest, she explained that she doesnt work Monday but copied her colleague Vicky in to progress my order, which I have no doubt will be dealt with as promised. Lucky to have found you, saved someones bacon and made one of our important customer very happy, thanks Rachel UPDATE: Product arrived a day early to the joy of our VIP customer!
