        Raglan court is a very nice and well run establishment, friendly on the most part the residents are mostly helpful to one and other , we only met one resident of low character but I think her personality was damaged in some way. The manager is very friendly and helpful, the flats are clean, warm and dry with all facilities kept in good working order. There are two communal rooms with activities like bingo and a communal TV and computer. A fair sized laundry, communal kitchen and mail room , rubbish shoots for floors 2 and 3. I couldn't give this less than 5 stars
