        I have to say that this is my first unhappy review that I have ever submitted but it's worth taking the time to write it as I had the worst experience as a customer ever. It is related to the owner of the shop (not to the employee). The owner was very, very rude to me on several occassions during the appointment (she stated that she can't redeem the Groupon voucher because it was expired even if the appointment was booked a month before). She asked me to pay the full price of 35 for a haircut which I did to find out after, from Groupon cust support, that she had actually redeemed the voucher also. Now she refuses to authorise the refund to Groupon. In my interactions with her at the salon she was very unprofessional, loud, unethical and disrespectful. I would simply avoid this place!!!
