Was told by someone working there its only a 20 minute walk, no it takes 15 minute on a bus to get into town learn to use tech please Also the amount of bullying I've suffered is immense, I've been sanctioned for having a anxiety disorder and not being able to answer the phone (which I told them several times but was ignored) horrendous people, vile and discriminatory

I cant speak for everybody but given my circumstances i was so nervous to go in as you never feel heard. But today i was greeted by Megan who spoke about my case. She was kind, patient and not pushy in the slightest.. for the brief chat we had I felt like she actually cared. Just wanna send my thanks.

4th day of ringing to be ignored, considering everything is online these days, it shouldn't be impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Everyone knows how poor the customer service is but nothing is done about it. No wonder there's so many unemployed people, the job centre don't help with these numbers.
