        I have done several therapies with Lynsey, starting with a meditation group, which I always looked forward to every week, then I did a day course with her about the law of attraction & stopping yourself blocking the good things that are meant for you it was a life changer, I had never realised how much I was my own worst enemy! Since then I have had Access Bars which was incredible! I floated out of the cabin, which is a beautiful, calm, relaxing & special place to be Lynsey is very supportive & really cares about what she does & the people who reach out to her, she is always an inspiration & I'm so grateful to have met her
