I was looking for a red foil helium balloon in red because the other one burst on us. ( not bought from this shop) it was quite late in the day when I called them. The staff member I spoke too was very friendly and patient listening to what I was wanting. She went and looked for red balloon, told me she had one and put it aside for me. I got shop told her what I came for then offered to inflate it for me in the shop. I was so relieved she had done this for me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone
