Came by our house to offer services. As it happened, weve been looking at getting our front door replaced, so they arranged to send someone around to give a quote. One phone call from the office to arrange meeting time, and 2 follow up calls that same day to confirm time, followed by a call to change the time from 7pm to 7:30pm. They were a no show in the end. We got a phone call at 7:50pm to ask if there was a different day they could arrange to give a quote, but having wasted so much time, as well as not having the courtesy to call before the scheduled time to say they couldnt make it, Ill not be using them or recommending them to anyone
